Big pic-Voting in our system might be regarded as a privilege. A high privilege. At least high enough a convicted rapist might just be a voice we can do without in an election. My view is that when considered as a voting block, no thanks. I mean, yikes.

Voting is a right, not a privilege. Disgusting people have the right to vote. Unless they are felons in some states.
