Same here.
We have 2 unused body pillows here. We used them a few years ago, but they were never an advantage.

OTOH, she uses 6 other pillows of various construction.

I got a water pillow for my head —REALLY, REALLY LOVE IT and about 3 under my knees, and 2 extra on the side for when I turn over and sleep on my side.

and various braces for joints used as needed.
