there’s always the trump u fraud case which is due to go to court after the election

does anybody know if it would go ahead if by some mischance he was elected or are public officials at that level immune to fraud prosecutions until out of office?

I’d bet that his lawyers would plead sovereign immunity. And if he’s president, most likely everybody would shrug and say ‘okay.’

That’s another reason why Trump cannot become president.
