The good news is, I shed the 5 lbs I gained over the fishing vacation weekend from eating too much of my dad’s barbecue and my mom’s home-cooked breakfast. I also found an exercise I enjoyed - kayaking!

My dad’s taken to kayaking.He really enjoys it. The only thing I don’t like about swimming is I can’t put my headphones on. Not like it would do any good anyhow I guess.
