And to get a prescription certifying a Covid-19 diagnosis, I presume you first have to have a test for the novel coronavirus. Unless Utah has a secret stash of those, you won’t be able to get the free drug even if it did have some effect on this.

This looks more like Republicans looting the state treasury to enrich some donor or corporation to cover for Trump.
