I can see train and vehicle, but pedestrian accident? What, did a couple of joggers get in a fender bender?

Came across three. One was a suicide (19 years old) and another was a 17 year old that was laying on the tracks and didn’t get up according to the engineer so that’s probably another suicide. 3 days later on that same line it hit a 15 year old who was pinned and later medevaced out. Perhaps more like incidents rather than accidents. Note, that link to the 19 year old is kind of heart breaking.
