chicken stomachs
Birria (shredded goat meat in a bbq sauce)

“strange” things I’ve eaten and am not big on:

pigs feet
chicken feet
Menudo (not a fan of tripe)
Buche (it’s not bad but not good either)
pickled cow tongue (too damn big)
