It was pretty much that way before ACA, and something that really needs to be dealt with.

I still have my original health policy, and because the provider network it includes covers everyone who accepts insurance, it really wasn’t.

Because insurance companies were allowed to greatly reduce the size of the provider networks under the ACA, a lot of people are getting some bad news about something they have no control over.
