What’s all the complaining about PayGo from alleged leftists? Isn’t raising taxes on corporations and the extremely wealthy a way to solve the issue of insufficient money for government programmes?

I see both sides. PayGo limits spending meaning it limits what you can do. If you can’t raise funding or say how you’ll pay for it, the legislation likely won’t pass especially with the REPUBLICANS doing everything they can to stop it. It’s not like they’ll rush anything through like the tax scam.
