Right. A monopoly is a company that can exert its influence to prevent competitors from getting established in their market. If Facebook leveraged its platform to degrade the user experience for people who used competing products, that’s anti-competitive behavior. As it is, anyone can stand up a Facebook “competitor”, they just need to make a better product and get it advertised effectively enough.

Look at how successful Parler and Frank were…oops, bad examples. They sucked from the get-go, but that had nothing with Facebook putting pressure on them to fail.
