All you need to do is shut down the airport for an hour from time to time, and allow a hand-picked group of hunters to come in and shoot as many geese as they are able. Each hunter takes home what would be his normal bag limit; the remainder go to feed the homeless.

Geese aren’t stupid. They congregate at airports because they know they won’t be hunted there. Change that factor, and the geese will disperse somewhat.
