That doesn’t show he doesn’t believe in AGW, His point was it doesn’t really matter. He was talking about cap and trade which is bi-partisanly unpopular.

We were the No. 1 state in the growth of wind power in 2008. And we have embarked on an aggressive energy-conservation program, indubitably the most cost-effective means of limiting CO2.
That’s hardly strident anti-AGW. Couple it with rising energy prices and $5/gal for gas and it’s a winning argument.
