I don’t see it. You may dislike his diplomacy, but I don’t see evidence of any kind of belief in cultural relativism there, except for the kind U.S. foreign policy has always practiced—see the Saudis for the biggest, most obnoxious example of that.

If a leader goes to Egypt or Saudi Arabia, where citizens are brutalized by the governments, and bows and makes nice, as far as I’m concerned you are giving tacit support to that regimes actions. As far as quotes go, Obama has said he doesn’t believe democracy is compatible with every culture.
