Sounds very much like something I saw the other day, but having to do with the “dark net” where women like that who post nude photos or compromising ones involving sex on the regular internet, also, are hacked and made to actually use their web cams to do degrading stuff with the same extortionist line. Perverts pay the extortionist to watch the victim’s web cam activities.
