One of my favorite movies. Its genius IMO is in how limited it is but Lumet told a great story and I believe this was his debut.
It’s basically a stage play in the way it was originally composed and then did actually become a good play. That is why with great acting it holds up.
Like Death of a Salesman, the TV version with Dustin Hoffman.
Limited acting in a tight timeline format makes for some great film.
