They do care about international law, they just don’t agree with popularity votes in the UN.

There are a number of legal issues which are disputable based on how you classify the occupation/annexation/siege/conflicts and the responsible parties (are they protected civilians/belligerent groups/non-state terror groups, etc.)

Israel cares about international law, but not enough to follow it? With regard to the borders of “Palestine”? With regard to the use of white phosphorus against civilians? With regard to the building of the border fence? That’s real keen that Israel cares, but good intentions amount to jack shit.
