Cool. [SPOILER] It’s a tough fight and it ends with a battle against the Tortured Visage, who is too powerful for the players under most conditions.

The City That Waits was banished to the Shadowfell after it broke a pact with Orcus. He banished it and left its residents to die in misery, never again seeing the sun. The amalgam of their damned souls is a monster called the Tortured Visage. Think of it as as an amalgam of the commenters at Fox News. :D
