James Buchanan, 15th POTUS. He’s routinely ranked as one of the worst, he was POTUS before Lincoln and contributed to the start of the Civil War in no small way.

But is he the James M. Buchanan that was bolded in KT’s #252? I believe it was James McGill Buchanan, Jr.
