I have a feeling Trump’s ACA EO will be deemed illegal and won’t actually be implemented. But that’s only part of the point. That he wanted to do this to begin with is the big thing.

I guess some think he did this to force the Democrats and Republicans to work together. Also heard some say it is a way to torment Mitch and Pauly.

Throw a wrench into the workings of the machine and force a shutdown before it all blows up and then a repair/rebuild.

So in a way he does not intend to do anything other than how he is apparently doing the Iran deal and how he did the transgendered in the military. Cause a panic by fucking things up and then forcing someone else to fix it.

They said he liked the chaos theory. Here we are. Chaos.
