They’re not paleolibertarians. Paleolibers weren’t in bed with the religious right. Paleolibers were “keep your hands off my cash AND my stash” - I doubt these folks would let anyone get away with less than a life sentence for possession of Goddess’s favorite plant.

Ron Paul, Rothbard, Lew Rockwell, etc… all advocate ending the war on drugs and legalizing pot.

Paleoconservatives like Pukecannon are the “death sentence for a gram” type.
