I’ve had them all my life. Sometimes only once every year or so, sometimes dozens over a few weeks. Very spooky if it’s your first time. But if it’s still happening after 15-20 minutes, get yourself to the ER.

I remember my first very well. Sophomore year literature class. I was asked to read a few paragraphs and when I looked down it started. Freaked me right out. The teacher took me out of the class to what was called ‘the model apartment’ for home economics and had me chill out. She knew what it was.

Comes with artistic, type A, over driven people from my understanding. I had them from 16 until about 35. Eyes first, head thumps second, stomach can even go queasy third. I still feel one try to come on, but I close my eyes, relax my breathing etc., and in minutes all gone.
