I recall an attempted “sting” operation on the Hillary campaign in 2008 when a Canadian woman was sent to buy a Hillary T-shirt, at which point she was accused to violating Federal election law by accepting campaign money from a foreign national.

Fast-forward to 2016 with the NRA laundering money from Russia to fund pro-Trump PACs…and….crickets.
