this week is Balloon Fiesta week in Albuquerque…lots of visitors and lots of money for the area…but so far the weather has been miserable for flying, either way too windy or now, thunderstorms…it’s pretty cool to see 60-80 balloons floating around after they launch, and often they sail right over or very close to my place…Mon morning they did get off and a huge gray Darth Vader floated over me…pretty cool

If I ever build my own balloon, it’ll be shaped like the giant floating head from Zardoz.
