That’s what makes me wonder. The Tides assassination attempt has already been linked directly to Beck’s incitement. The Fox lawyers are aware of that but they’re still approving increasingly hysterical rhetoric. They must feel they can beat the case.

Or that the blame will fall entirely on Beck, with Fox able to to toss him quickly under the bus in the event of violence.
