I think the chart shows the peak was the early 90s so the decline would be after that time.

Do you have a link or remember where that chart came from? I would like to see the data they used to create that plot line. It just doesn’t seem correct to me, but then I do not know what all they count as mass shootings.

Very balanced look at the topic. The criteria for mass public killing is four or more people in rapid succession, not related to drugs or organized crime or gangs, happening in a public place.
