Yes- IDers allow for microevolution, but never seem to want to answer for how many adaptations are required before microevolution has become macroevolution.

And the reason why IDers allow for microevolution is because of the scientific body of evidence- they just cannot deny this happens, as pathogens are a clear example of adaptation. There are other examples as well besides micro-organisms, but I think the biggest issue is that the IDers have a false notion of evolution in the first place. You can see this in many ID/Evolution threads where they want to see a fish change into a cat. It doesn’t work that way, but correcting them is an uphill battle.
