The latest spin is that Breitbart posted that video and that folks on the left who are going after him didn’t bother to read the associated story.

Right. Because his posting makes this all so much better and gets Sherrod her job back. Gotcha.

Reading comprehension seems to be optional these days among Breitbart’s supporters - he threw that video out there knowing it would be the equivalent to a holy hand grenade. It blew up - and it ruined Sherrod’s career. Now, Breitbart is trying to claim he was just trying to get the new out about the NAACP’s racism as seen in the video - even as the full video tells the completely opposite tale and that if the original uncut full video was released first, this story would never have erupted in the first place.

It would not have been newsworthy. It wouldn’t have made the rounds on the blogs and we would still not be dissecting it days later.

Breitbart said jump - and the rest of the media said how high without asking any basic questions of their own over the veracity of the video, context, or anything else.
