I am thrilled to know that women are now equal to men and all problems facing women still are ones that can be solved legislatively if we would just work towards voting more women into office.

What I would like to know is, how is it even possible to enforce the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act when you are not even allowed to know how much your male co-workers are making? That corporate private information.
