Seriously? You’d have to imagine that stats like that could only have been prevented from entering databases by specific legislation. I’d otherwise have thought the CDC would have to operate in an evidence-based world given the responsibility with which they’re charged.

Like alcoholism is rarely listed, it will be cirrhosis or another related medical condition.
