The problem with Charles position is that it doesn’t really address the problem of Islam as a violent and intolerant political movement. At some point we will have to stop tolerating the intolerant and considering the Muslim tendency towards violence how will we do this? Ask them to be nice?

Also, Charles is somewhat dishonest when he describes Wilder’s as a Book Burner. Many books are banned in the Netherlands, he merely suggests that the Koran be treated equally.

I don’t think banning books is the answer. But what is to be done when Muslims march in the street advocating violence towards others? The seem to do that very thing quite often. I would like to know.
