Minneapolis Police are facing yet another claim of brutality, caught on tape.

This latest case accuses two officers of racism. And there’s a new twist to this one: The man who is now suing them said he was pulled over and roughed up in retaliation for reporting an earlier incident of excessive force.

Police pulled over Malcolm Labon on Sept. 8, 2006. The squad car’s dashboard camera captured video of the arrest — and it wasn’t pretty.

The arrest happened about a month after Labon made several 911 calls to complain about officers in the same squad — No. 121. He told a dispatcher he saw them beating a man with a flashlight.

I’m sure it was pure coincidence.
