The only reason I try to cut down on use of obscenities is that I have someone at home who asked me to. Otherwise, I think ‘obscene’ words have a place as emphasizers, and I think adults should be able to get past their use to see what might be probative in an argument.

I use less obscenity here just because the blog has changed. The language and environment was much rougher back when LGF was a “right wing blog”. I usually try to reserve the more colorful language for later in the evenings. But in cases when the Republican party actually takes action in congress in an attempt to save terrorist regimes like Q’daffy’s I feel it’s it’s perfectly acceptable to use “fuck” properly emphasize my disgust.
