Rubio talks, but most of the party doesn’t seem to be listening. If the GOP wants to attract that demographic, they’re going to have to quell the rhetoric and fear-mongering about the “porous border,” and all the illegal immigrants come to destroy our very way of life. I don’t see that happening by 2016.
