Next Brooks Column: There are many Mexican restaurants in America. Why are there so many? What does this say about White Working Class people who want jobs in which English is spoken and want restaurants where they can understand the menu? I attribute the problem to a surplus of elite colleges which contribute to the problem of surplus foreign eateries.
