I don’t really know that much about this stuff, but if it was a humidity issue, it seems like there would be actual paper jams, which you say you aren’t having.

I’m not sure what you mean by “stalling”. You can always turn it off, then turn it back on again, see if that gets it going again.

I don’t buy expensive printers; none of them last very long, maybe a year or so is all the life I get from a printer. You can get a decent printer for less than $100. I just replace ‘em.

Also, Mandy - I don’t know where your printer is, but I had a printer once on a shelf below the computer. It quit working, and I finally got a new one and when I removed the old one, I realized the problem was - cocoa puffs had been dropped into the printer - LOL - and caused it to stop working. My printer is now at a level where cocoa puffs cannot fall into it.
