I think they will be found guilty when (Manning) or if (Assange) they are brought to trial. In Manning’s case, I don’t see how he avoids prison. What he did clearly violates the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Really… what USA crime did Assange commit over the leaks? While I absolutely agree his actions regarding releasing names was a huge mistake (understatement), I truly am not aware of the specific USA law that he broke.

I really missed the point with Dark earlier, I wasn’t really for me about whether a law was broken, but Dark’s willingness to see them jailed forever, before charges are laid or a conviction found.

Oh well, next time…
