All that means is that LE has FOUND just one casing.

It’s true that some witnesses have reported what they believed to be multiple gunshots, but the lack so far of any reported injuries and the gunman’s elusiveness is making this just weird. This sounds less like a “crazed gunman” and more like an especially violent version of street art.
