I have a badly mangled pinky that was misdiagnosed when I was a kid (broken while pitching). It’s so full of arthritis it’s starting to twist. I sometime feel I should just have it cut off.

Yeah, broken fingers really aren’t something to let heal on their own. Toes on the other hand-especially the little toe-are something you may just as well deal with at home. A little “buddy taping” and you’re good.
