I knew the conspiracy theories were making the rounds but didn’t realize they were so popular.

I’m not the least bit surprised. There’s a lot of crazy, tense shit going on all over the world right now and this just adds to it. Throw in China, some Iranians with fake passports, and a lack of any trace of the plane and you’ve got all the ingredients for numerous the conspiracy theories. They’re guaranteed to sprout, grow, and split off into new versions pretty much by the minute.
