OK, so in the WTF happened to my Husband? File, a couple of questions arise.
(Background: my husband’s friends are ALL RWNJs to the letter. Some of them are just batcrap stupid too. Why he is friends with these douche canoes is another issue entirely, lets just say it’s caused/causing problems. Why be married if you think its a prison sentence? GAH)

Anyhow, The Husband wants to read a Koran(Quran? Oh help, I feel like a doofus). My question is, and pardon my ignorance, is there a version or translation of the Koran that would be easy to understand and accurate?

Also, he’s watching the New Hampshire Democratic Convention this morning on CSPAN. Hillary is speaking right now. I’m kinda freaking out, lol.

If there is any way that he could meet some PEOPLE who have Korans and talk to them, he could see they are just nicely dressed (usually) people. I hate to think he could think of it as an opportunity for surveillance, but it still could be a good proposal for sincere curiosity.

Any mosques within driving distance? Any Open House nights?
