The local news just said these Texan ballot initiatives are all nonbinding. I suspected as much when I saw how they were worded - short, imprecise, not like legalese. No 13 year old girl’s getting a camera shoved anywhere. It’s just a way for busybody activists of the right to pat each other on teh back.
