When I was a kid, we killed a lot of rattlesnakes. They didn’t taste like chicken at all…closer to frog’s legs (which I lo-o-o-ooove).

Tried alligator a few times…that’s more like monkfish than chicken.

I’m guessing the big lizards are somewhere between snake and gator.

I grew up in FL. Frog’s legs from the guy on the side of the road. God they were good. Lemon & butter.
