My house in SD would be worth about 1.5 mil. Honest. My friend’s FIL had a house worth 750K there. Here would be 200K.

I did the same figuring at one time two. If I transported my house and property to Vancouver it would be worth about 700,000 more then it is now.
Hence why I live here, rather then there.

I make less here then I did there and have more money. There I’d be scraping by in a crappy apartment. I paid 300 dollar more per month in rent for an apartment then I do on my house mortgage here.
