Can’t you tell by looking at the flag over the Red House?

Random old joke:

Nixon and Brezhnev are talking. “I had a dream last night,” Brezhnev said. “I was walking through Washington DC, and red flags were flying from every building, and there were signs urging the workers on to revolution.”

“Funny,” says Nixon, “I had a dream too. I was in Moscow, and there were red flags flying from every building. And signs, too.”

“What’s so strange about that?” Brezhnev snorts. “What did the signs say?”

“Dunno,” Nixon replies. “I can’t read Chinese.”
