O I totally agree that this is not the Dems plan at all. And I dont think the Fed will give up *any* power unless a majority of people demand it. It just worries me that the FCC may be able to make a rule concerning net neutrality and enforce it on businesses that do not engage in any inter-state commerce. Basically id like to cut off the FCC from getting any more power, and I think the best way to do that is to shift some regulatory powers to the states. I also think that regionalizing the FCC to a certain degree could be a starting point, with a structure more similar to the Federal Reserve than the current monolithic FCC.
