Wrong.

CA is fucked because the politicians continue to spend money irresponsibly. Google and you will find hundreds of instances of wasteful spending. Saying you aren’t getting enough money coming in is like saying “I don’t have enough money to live like a millionaire, but I’m going to anyway”.

Live within your means.

The politicians are spending money on behalf of their taxophobic voters, who demand services they aren’t willing to pay for.

It’s the voters, not the politicians, who call the tune. More so in California than in any other state, thanks to their experiment with direct popular legislation.
