If there was a person who really really hated Israel, but there was no tactical necessity, or even gain in their deaths, should they be killed?

We disagree on the necessity militarily. I personally want these attempts to stop right away and to remind the world that Israel means business as a deterrent.

IF someone does not need to die then of course we should not kill him.
