Oh, I got the connection. It’s still dumb. Besides, the ship they’d name after him is a cargo/supply ship that’s used for humanitarian missions. We’ve got similar ships named after Lewis & Clark and Amelia Earhart.

It’s not like they’re wanting to name an aircraft carrier after him or anything. What’s the problem?
