Doing more research, I will be pleased as punch if either Rupert Grint or Chiwetel Ejiofor become the 12th Doctor.

The only one I do want to become the 12th Doctor is Russell Tovey.

I wish we could split the difference, and get a redheaded British-African, but that might be a little difficult to get.
