We have such a thing as “unlawful assembly” in this country??????

I thought that was, like, part of the Constitution or something.

The government can place “responsible” restrictions on protests, such as requiring permits, date and time restrictions, etc.

But, in this case, it’s pretty obviously a “contempt of authority/cop” arrest.
